It’s a good thing for the people of the state of California, where video editing is a big business.

The state’s video industry has doubled in the last two years, according to the National Association of Broadcasters, which has tracked the industry since 2007.

The growth has helped California generate an estimated $7 billion in revenues last year, according the industry group.

But the growing video industry is also a huge threat to local governments and businesses.

And local governments have a lot of catching up to do.

The California State Legislature last year passed a law that bans most video editing in state buildings, which many cities have done in an effort to fight video piracy.

It also requires all video editing to be recorded and uploaded to a third-party website, such as YouTube.

The bill has since been amended, and in the meantime, the law has caused some video editing companies to close.

In addition, some cities and towns have banned video editing altogether.

Many businesses have also banned videos from being shared on social media, saying they are “disruptive” to the local economy.

Local media outlets have also been reporting that people have been uploading videos to YouTube and Vine and other video sharing platforms that are illegal.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported last month that people are uploading hundreds of videos to Vine and Snapchat, and they’re “making their way to YouTube, where they are being used as a source of viral content.”

The Chronicle also said that the video sharing site is the number one destination for illegal videos.

And while many local governments across the country have taken steps to crack down on video editing, they have done little to stop the flow of illegal videos to the Internet.

Some cities and counties have started to ban the sale of video editing software, according a 2016 report by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

And the San Francisco city council last month passed a resolution banning “filmmaking, editing and other related video production services.”

California has the most restrictive video laws in the nation.

According to a report by Technomic, there are roughly 1.6 million videos that have been uploaded to YouTube.

But the company found that “just 7 percent of those videos are actually taken from local businesses.”

The company estimated that only 2.4 percent of all videos posted in the U.S. come from local people.

In New York City, the average is 3 percent.

In San Francisco, the citywide average is more than 7 percent.

Even so, there have been a handful of cities that have taken action to curb the flow.

In May, the mayor of Los Angeles ordered video editing firms to stop using Google for their video editing services, and he banned the companies from selling the software to local businesses.

In June, the San Diego city council voted to make it illegal to sell video editing and editing software to anyone in the city.

The resolution also mandated that companies that do business in San Diego would have to submit to “an independent audit of all services they provide.”

In November, the New York city council passed a similar resolution.

In Washington, D.C., there are also efforts to ban “filmed content” from being used on social networks, according at the Washington Post.

The California bill that was passed last year was part of a broader package of legislation aimed at preventing the illegal flow of video content to the Web.

The California bill required local governments to monitor and report on the use of the Internet and video editing apps to identify and report instances of illegal content, according in the report.

In March, the California Senate voted to pass a similar law.

The state of the California video industry isn’t great news for the state’s economy.

In the first six months of 2017, the state lost $2.3 billion in local revenues, according Technomic.

But that figure does not include the estimated $4 billion in revenue lost due to online piracy, the Associated Press reports.

In other words, there is still a lot the state can do to help the industry, even if it means losing some jobs and hurting businesses.
